Zingiber Zerumbet Extract is a plant extract derived from broad-leaved ginger (Zingiber zerumbet). In cosmetic formulations, it is used as a skin care ingredient and contains phytochemicals with antioxidant properties. Manufacturer data (in vitro) indicate a reduction in oxidative and micro-inflammatory stress. In observational studies (in vivo), an improvement in the appearance of dark circles and puffiness under the eyes, as well as a fresher-looking eye area, was reported.
