- Exclusively for first-time customers: This guarantee applies to your first order of a full-size product through our online store (DACH region).
- Focus on the Routine: To accurately assess the product’s effectiveness, use it consistently for 30 days without mixing it with other products intended for the same purpose. Are you testing “Barrier Boost”? If so, it should be your only moisturizer during this time.
- Selected Essentials: This promise applies to all individual products in the skincare and decorative cosmetics categories. Excluded are sets, bundles, mini sizes, and accessories (tools, bags, brushes).
YOUR PATH TO A REFUND
If, contrary to expectations, you're not satisfied, the "Skin-credible" process is simple:
- Contact us: Send us your refund request no later than 30 days after delivery using our contact form.
- Share your feedback: Our support team will send you a short feedback form. Your experience is essential to our research.
- Refund: After reviewing your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
Focus on sustainability: We deliberately avoid returning opened products to minimize CO2 emissions. After the trial period, you can either keep the product or dispose of it responsibly.
