We've changed the level structure. There are still four tiers—they're now called Core Collector, Routine Refiner, Ferment Fanatics, and Arpa Alliance—and each tier offers more benefits than before. Since the point thresholds have also been reset, your level name may now be different from what it was before.

Plus, starting now, there are even more ways to earn Emi Coins: by signing up for our newsletter and our WhatsApp channel, for every referral to a friend, and you’ll even earn double with a subscription.

We're a young startup, and we launched Radiant Rewards two years ago. Over the past two years, we've gotten to know our customers even better, and that's exactly why we've adjusted our structure.

We want to offer you as much as possible while maintaining the quality you've come to expect from us. With the new level structure, we're able to do both: Each level now has more to offer you.

We've consolidated and renamed the levels: What used to be four tiers with benefits that were sometimes very similar have now become four tiers with clearly distinguishable added value. As a result, Glow Guru and Derm Devotee no longer exist.

You'll keep your Emi Coins and access to the benefits just as they are. And even if your new level has a different name, you'll have more benefits there than before.

No. Pre-orders for our Advent calendar on September 6 will proceed as usual—the transition to Radiant Rewards will not affect them.

It's completely automatic! Once you complete your subscription order, you'll earn double the points on your account with every shipment starting with the second one.

Yes! As long as your subscription is active, you'll automatically earn double Emi Coins on every subsequent order starting with your second delivery.

Yes, we'll credit you for your purchases from our retail partners. Simply upload your receipt under "YOUR STORE PURCHASE"—our team will review it and notify you by email as soon as the Emi Coins are credited to your account.

There, 2 € equals one Emi Coin, while in our online store, it’s 1 € per Emi Coin. The reason: We’ve included our retail partners in the program as a gesture of goodwill so that you can enjoy the full experience and the best possible service everywhere.

You can submit your receipts up to 30 days after the purchase.

It may take up to 5 days for the new status to be processed and appear in the system.

Your points will be credited immediately after the items are shipped.

The points in your account will be automatically adjusted after a return and deducted from your point balance.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to retroactively credit points for purchases made before August 6, 2024. We’re all the more excited to start rewarding you for all purchases made from the launch of RADIANT REWARDS (August 6, 2024) onward.

Once you reach a certain status, you'll retain it for one year and can enjoy all the benefits of that level. After one year, your status will be recalculated based on your purchases and the points you've earned.

Since we are a startup and can only take a limited number of product samples from production per test round, we have only a limited number of test slots available. To make the selection as fair as possible, we review all applications based on eligibility criteria specific to the test product. The final selection is made at random.

We are constantly working to expand our capacity. You can reapply with each new product development.

As a Ferment Fanatic, we offer free shipping with no minimum order amount. Starting at the Routine Refiner level, shipping is free for orders of €45 or more; for orders below that amount, shipping is free for orders of €60 or more.

Our shipping benefits apply to deliveries to Germany and Austria. In Switzerland, shipping is free for our Ferment Fanatics. We are currently unable to offer free shipping to other countries—but we’re working on it.
