Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

Note on the Legal Situation in Switzerland

For orders shipped to Switzerland, Swiss law does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal or return for distance sales or online purchases. The Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) provides for a right of withdrawal only in specific cases (e.g., certain door-to-door and similar transactions under Art. 40a et seq. CO), which do not apply to purchases made in our online store.

The sales contract for goods delivered to Switzerland is entered into between you and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT), which handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery. The terms and conditions of MeinEinkauf AG govern the fulfillment of the contract.

Therefore, there is no right to return or exchange goods that are free of defects. Regardless of this, we—Dr. Emi Arpa Skin GmbH—voluntarily offer you the following 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Your statutory rights, particularly regarding defective goods (warranty), remain unaffected.

Optional 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ("Skincare Satisfaction")

In addition, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee. This allows you to receive a refund of the purchase price—even for products that have already been used—if you are not satisfied with the results of the skincare treatment.

Conditions for Eligibility

The warranty applies exclusively to orders placed through our online store.
The product must have been tested for at least 30 days, but no more than 40 days, from the date of receipt.
To apply, you must fill out our online form and upload clear before-and-after photos of your skin.
The warranty applies only once per customer for each product.
The warranty applies only to full-size products purchased by end consumers; sets are excluded.

Review and Reimbursement

After you submit the form and photos, our customer service team will review your case. You are only entitled to a refund upon our express approval. If your claim is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for the original delivery and any costs associated with returning opened merchandise will not be refunded.
