ACETYL DIPEPTIDE-1 CETYL ESTER

Acetyl Dipeptide-1 Cetyl Ester is a synthetically produced, acetylated dipeptide ester. In cosmetics, it is primarily used as a skin-care active ingredient for healthy aging, as it specifically helps to firm the skin’s structure. The dipeptide not only promotes elastin synthesis but also supports the functional organization of elastic fibers. Studies have shown that it stimulates key structural proteins responsible for the mechanical stability of the tissue. As a result, the skin gains elasticity and becomes more resistant to sagging and external stressors.(1-2)
