Extended return period for all orders placed from November 20 to December 24, 2025

Want to give skincare as a gift but aren't sure if the products are the right fit? No problem. You can return any orders placed during this period through January 31, 2026. Whether you ordered on Black Friday or just before Christmas, there's no risk involved.

Deadlines for on-time delivery

To ensure your order arrives in time for gift-giving, please note the following delivery times:

Last order date for standard shipping
– Germany: by 12:00 p.m. on Dec. 19
– EU, Switzerland, and the UK: by 10:00 a.m. on Dec. 15

Last Order Date for Express Shipping (within Germany only)
– Bookable for shopping cart totals of €150 or more
– Additional charge: 10 €
– Last chance to order: December 22, 10:00 a.m.
