FAQ
UGC stands for User-Generated Content—content created by the community itself. We want to feature a wide variety of personalities on our account to showcase our products from different perspectives and offer our community more insights and inspiration. Your real-life experiences with our products are very valuable to us—and to the community as well. Through UGC, we want to create a space where our community can exchange ideas, find inspiration, and discover valuable content.
UGC uploads are voluntary and currently do not provide any compensation. The UGC program is designed specifically to help you share your amazing first-hand experiences directly with our community—if you’d like to! We’re incredibly grateful for your support and appreciate every contribution that gives us and our community genuine and authentic insights into your personal experience with DR. EMI ARPA SKIN.
We understand that you’re excited to share your content with our community! We place great importance on providing you with high-quality, carefully curated content, and we’d like to note that reviewing and planning the submitted materials may take some time. For this reason, we cannot specify an exact timeline for publication. Your contribution is important to us, and we will carefully determine the timing of the post accordingly. Thank you for your patience and support!
The decision about whether you'll be tagged in posts is entirely up to you. If you'd like to be tagged, you can provide your social media account during the upload process. If not, you can simply skip that step in the process.
We want you to feel comfortable during your photo shoots and to be able to fully express your creativity. There are no specific guidelines regarding makeup or clothing. Your personality and your experience with our products are what matter most, and we look forward to getting to know you. However, to maintain consistency and keep the focus on our brand, we ask that you not show any large brand logos or third-party products in your photos.
For the best possible presentation of your content, we recommend good lighting, as this helps improve video quality. A simple, uncluttered background draws attention to you and the content of your post. If possible, use your phone’s rear camera, as it often provides better image quality. Try to position yourself in the center of the screen to ensure you’re clearly visible.
Yes, of course! We strongly encourage you to share your own ideas for the content. Your personal touch and uniqueness are important to us and should be reflected in the content. Your creativity and individuality are crucial to the quality and authenticity of the content, and we look forward to your contribution.
Please note, however: We would like to point out that any material containing sexual, violent, illegal, or discriminatory content is contrary to our values and will not be published. We are committed to fostering a positive and respectful community and ask for your cooperation to ensure that we all treat one another with respect.
We’d love it if our products took center stage in your content and there were few distractions. However, there are no restrictions on the use of branded products or logos. We encourage you to be creative and design your content in your own way. Your personal interpretation and unique style are important to us.
We use various social media platforms to showcase our content and interact with our community. The content is used for both organic and promotional purposes. Our main platforms currently include TikTok and Instagram. We’re also active on Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest to make our content accessible to a wider audience. We look forward to seeing you on these platforms and sharing your posts with our entire community!
You can submit your content directly through our UGC portal. There's no need to send us content via Instagram or email. Our UGC portal offers a simple and efficient way to upload your posts.
To ensure that your content aligns with our desired style, feel free to visit our Instagram page to get a sense of our aesthetic. This can serve as a guide. However, we also value your creative perspective and look forward to your ideas and interpretations. The stage is yours!
The content created as part of our UGC program is intended exclusively for the DR. EMI ARPA SKIN brand.
We’d like to thank you very much for sharing your content and truly appreciate your effort!
