DR. EMI ARPA SKIN x Breuninger CONTEST

Organizer
The organizer and party responsible for conducting the sweepstakes is Dr. Emi Arpa Skin GmbH, Fasanenstraße 65, 10719 Berlin.

1. Participation
Entries for the giveaway will be accepted from 5:00 p.m. on December 7, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. on December 10, 2025.

The entry deadline is Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Participation is subject to the terms and conditions of the giveaway post on Instagram (@dr.emiskin):

- Follow the Instagram profile mentioned above and follow @Breuninger
- Share the giveaway post in your own Instagram Story
- Comment on the contest post

2. Eligibility
Eligible to enter are individuals who, at the time of entry, have their permanent residence in Germany and are at least 18 years old. Employees of Dr. Emi Arpa Skin GmbH and Breuninger, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation.

3. Prize Distribution
Winners will be selected at random from among all participants who meet the terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The prizes are:
1 x €250 Breuninger gift card redeemable in the online store at https://www.breuninger.com/de/ or at any Breuninger store, and 1 x XMAS Lavis Lip Set from DR. EMI SKIN (Better Balm, Perfect Plump, Hypnotic Hues).

4. Notification of Win
The winner will be notified of the prize via an Instagram Story by tagging their profile name and will receive their prize directly by mail. We do not guarantee successful delivery. We do not provide a replacement shipment in the event of non-delivery.

5. Exclusion of Participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the giveaway, at any time and without prior notice, any participants who use multiple email addresses or similar methods to increase their chances of winning, who technically manipulate the giveaway or its proceedings, or who otherwise violate these terms and conditions. In the event of exclusion, prizes and benefits may also be revoked and reclaimed retroactively. Participation by sweepstakes agencies and other automatically generated bulk submissions is expressly excluded and will not be considered when determining the winners.

6. Privacy Notice
As part of this contest, we process your data (name and address) for the purpose of sending out prizes. After the contest concludes, the data we have stored about you will be retained for 3 years starting at the end of the calendar year.

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR in conjunction with the contract. You have the right to receive, free of charge, information about the personal data we have stored about you. To the extent that the legal requirements are met, you may also have the right to have this data corrected, restricted, or erased. You also have the right to receive from us the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; you may then transmit this data to other parties or have it transmitted. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

7. Final Provisions
The contest is governed by German law. Legal recourse is excluded.
