Our products are available online in our web store as well as in-store at our retail partners KaDeWe in Berlin and Breuninger in Düsseldorf, Munich, and Stuttgart. Find all locations in our Store Finder:

We currently ship domestically (Germany) and internationally within Europe (EU countries) and to Switzerland.

Within Germany or Austria, shipping is free for orders totaling 60.00 € or more.

Within Europe (EU and non-EU countries), shipping is free for orders of €150.00 or more.

Our standard shipping fee to Germany is €4.95.

Our standard shipping fee to Austria is €5.95.

International shipping to EU countries costs €12.95.

Shipping to Switzerland costs 16 CHF.

We are currently not accepting shipments to package lockers.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (except on holidays). If your order is placed before 12:00 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing your order may take a little longer during periods of high demand. As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email. Depending on the shipping carrier, it may take a few hours for the tracking information to be updated.

We currently ship via DPD. Within Germany, we also offer shipping via DHL for an additional charge of €1.50. Returns are also handled by DHL.

We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, and Visa as payment options.

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase. You can request a return through our returns portal (link in the footer). Please use only this return label for returns from Germany and EU countries. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from your original payment.

In Germany, return shipping costs are €5.95; in Austria, they are €6.95. For all other EU countries, return shipping costs are €12.95. We ask customers from non-EU countries to ensure their packages are properly stamped with sufficient postage. Please note that we recommend purchasing insurance, as we cannot accept liability for shipments sent via private carriers.

Once we have received your return and carefully inspected it, we will issue a refund for the payment amount. This usually takes place within a few business days, but no later than 14 days (depending on the bank). Please note that the processing time for inspecting your return is already included in this timeframe. The refund will be issued to the payment method you originally used.

Cleanser (01), Exfoliating Mask (02), Toner (03), and Moisturizer (05) make up the basic routine for every skin type. The Core Collection is the ideal set for anyone new to DR EMI ARPA SKIN and forms the foundation of a good skincare routine.

The "Treat " (04) category includes products tailored to your skin condition. The serums and masks in this category address specific skin concerns and complement your basic skincare routine.

For sensitive skin, always start with a shorter application time (e.g., with the Active Acids Exfoliating Mask) or a lower frequency of use (e.g., with the Absolute A/A+ Retinal Serums).

Yes, all DR. EMI ARPA SKIN products are vegan and cruelty-free. We are also PETA-certified.

Yes, all products are free of perfume, fragrance oils, or essential oils.

We've developed a system for your personal skincare routine that provides targeted support. Each product in the DR EMI ARPA SKIN skincare line is labeled with a number and a letter abbreviation, corresponding to a specific step in your routine:

01 C for CLEANSE, 02 E for EXFOLIATE, 03 P for PREPARE, 04 T for TREAT, 05 M for MOISTURIZE, and 06 D for DEFENCE. You’ll find these explanations on every folding box. For our current product portfolio, this means:

01 CLEANSE – As the first step in your skincare routine, gently but effectively cleanse your face.

• Ten out of Ten Gentle Gel Cleanser: A mild cleanser with nourishing ingredients such as ceramides and allantoin.

02 EXFOLIATE - The skin regenerates approximately every 28 days, with dead skin cells being replaced by new ones. Regular, gentle exfoliation supports this process.

• Active Acids Exfoliating Mask: AHA, BHA, and PHA help smooth the skin's texture and boost its radiance.

03 PREPARE – You’ll prepare your skin perfectly for the next steps in your skincare routine.

• Essential Essence Skin Balancing Toner: Much more than just a facial toner—in addition to 11% prebiotics and postbiotics, this essence also contains 13 amino acids, allantoin, and a gently exfoliating peptide.

04 TREAT — Next, as part of your treatment, apply the specialized serums and masks, whose combinations of active ingredients are specifically designed to address your skin's needs.

• Absolute A or Absolute A+ Retinal Serum: Encapsulated retinal and five peptides as an anti-aging solution; with 0.1% retinal, it is effective against dark spots.

• Serious C Complex Antioxidant Serum: Antioxidant power combined with stable vitamin C derivatives. BFF with SPF!

• Pore Perfection Purifying Mask and Overnight Oats Calming Mask: A clarifying mask for oily or blemish-prone skin and a soothing mask for stressed or irritated skin.

• Daily Depuff Total Eye Treatment: This eye cream can reduce puffiness and dark circles, refreshes the eye area, and plumps up fine lines and dryness-induced wrinkles.

05 MOISTURIZE – To finish your routine, moisturize your skin.

• Barrier Boost CPA Barrier Cream: A lightweight, fast-absorbing cream with ceramides, peptides, azelaic acid, and pre- and postbiotics.

• Barrier Boost+ Rich Cream: A rich facial cream that strengthens the skin barrier, supports collagen synthesis, and locks in moisture.

06 DEFENCE - In the morning, we always apply sunscreen to protect our skin from premature aging and other UV-related damage.

During pregnancy and while breastfeeding, it is recommended to avoid products containing retinoids and hydroxy acids. This recommendation is based on current safety assessments. DR EMI ARPA SKIN products that do not contain these ingredients can generally be used without concern. If you have any doubts, we recommend consulting a dermatologist or doctor.

Accordingly, the following products should not be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding:

• Active Acids Exfoliating Mask
• Absolute A Retinal Serum
• Absolute A+ Retinal Serum
• Pore Perfection Purifying Mask

Our skin and lip care products are developed and manufactured in Germany. Makeup products such as the Daily Defence SPF Powder are developed and manufactured in Italy.

All DR. EMI ARPA SKIN products are labeled with a jar symbol (PAO – Period After Opening), which indicates the shelf life after opening. The number in the symbol indicates the shelf life in months. 

Our skincare and lip products have a shelf life of 6 months (6M) after opening. Makeup products, such as the Daily Defense SPF Powder, have a shelf life of 12 months (12M) after opening.

To ensure quality and effectiveness, we recommend using up the products within this time frame.
